  • Excellent tensile strength
  • Flawless inner diameter (ID) that ensures smooth flow
  • Long lasting as they are immune to pitting, scale formation, weathering, etc.
  • Environment friendly in nature

Quality Trust

We believe in practicing highest level of quality in all we do. Thus, we constantly review our policies and carry out almost 11 quality tests that are internationally accredited. We perform these tests on all our end products before we approve them for dispatch:

  • Impact Test: Done to ensure the pipes are resistant to breakage. During this test, a weight is allowed to freely fall on pipes from varying heights
  • Hydrostatic Pressure Test: A constant internal hydrostatic pressure is applied on CPVC pipes and fittings to evaluate material change
  • Reversion Test: CPVC Pipes & Fittings are exposed to hot air to ensure they do not change due to high atmospheric temperature
  • Opacity Test: Done to confirm transparency throughout the length of the designed pipes. Our Pipes & Fittings are designed to meet ASTM standards of this test
  • Tensile Test: Done to make sure the tensile strength of pipes is as per the specified standards. Our Pipes & Fittings excels in this test
  • Vicat Softening Test: Pipe samples are subjected to Vicat softening temperature test to ensure pipe samples do not fall below the set softening point
  • Malfunction Test: A constant internal hyderostatic water pressure under temperature is applied on pipe samples for a definite period of time. This is done to eliminate chances of swelling or burst of pipes as per ASTM standards
  • Burst Pressure Test: A constant increase of hydrostatic air pressure is applied on pipes to determine the burst pressure and assure that the pipes meet the pressure range as prescribed by ASTM standards
  • Density Test: Done to assure the density of the pipes is within the permissible range
  • Flattening Test: The sample pipe is placed between two parallel flat surfaces. The flattened pipe helps in determining if there is any visible crack or flaw in the manufactured pipes
  • Thermo cyclic Test: A constant internal hydrostatic pressure with varying temperature range in almost 1000 cycles is applied on the pipe sample to ensure pipes do not leak when placed between alternating hot & cold temp. in a cycle.
These tests assure that every product delivered with the trust seal of Aqua Excel is backed with guaranteed quality.
